Sony Xperia Z5 Compact - in arrivo un fix per i problemi allo schermo

Sony riconosce l'esistenza di un problema legato al corretto funzionamento del nuovo smartphone Xperia Z5 Compact giunto proprio in questi giorni sul mercato europeo, a causa del quale in determinate circostanze non si riesce ad interagire con precisione con il touchscreen.

Per un motivo ancora inspiegato sono gli Xperia Z5 Compact con scocca White i più soggetti a questo inconveniente, cosa che ha fatto pensare ad un problema di tipo hardware. A far luce sulla questione è direttamente Sony Mobile, che in una nota precisa che si tratta di un problema circoscritto ad un numero limitato di utenti, per la soluzione del quale sarà rilasciato un aggiornamento software a partire dall'inizio della prossima settimana.

We are aware of reports of a limited number of customers experiencing touch input issues on their white Xperia Z5 Compact devices. By gathering information and analysing returned devices we have found the root cause and will release a new software to improve the user experience on your white Z5 Compact. Other colour versions of the Xperia Z5 Compact are not affected by this issue.

The software update will be available on our support software PC Companion and Bridge for Mac from beginning of week 44. The software is rolling out through retail partners with exact timings varying by region and/or operator.
